1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QuizTogether service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

QuizTogether is a real-time quiz platform for educators, trainers, and trivia enthusiasts that allows users to create, share, participate in, and analyze quizzes. The Service includes features such as real-time quiz participation, session management, advanced quiz creation, group systems, and comprehensive dashboards.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you will need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. QuizTogether cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that:

6. Groups and Collaboration

Our Service allows for the creation of groups with various permission levels and collaboration features. Group administrators are responsible for managing their groups, including:

• Approving or declining membership requests
• Managing content shared within their groups
• Ensuring appropriate use of group features
• Respecting the privacy of group members

QuizTogether reserves the right to terminate groups that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

7. Quiz Content and Usage

When creating and sharing quizzes, users agree to:

• Create content that is accurate and appropriate for the intended audience
• Respect intellectual property rights when creating quiz questions
• Not share access codes with unauthorized individuals
• Use the Service for legitimate educational or entertainment purposes

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the settings page.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuizTogether, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
