The admin dashboard is your control center where you can monitor real-time lobby activity, review participant progress, and manage quiz sessions. It's designed to help you keep track of every aspect of your quizzes.

After logging in, navigate to the "Create a Quiz" section. You can create multiple quizzes with an unlimited number of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Each question supports a rich text editor, allowing you to add images, videos, and other media. For even faster input, you can import questions via JSON.

You can create standard questions using our rich text editor, complete with media options. Alternatively, you can add questions in a structured JSON format. This flexibility ensures your quiz looks exactly how you want it to.

A session is a way to reuse a quiz across different groups, batches, or even across different years. It allows you to track and normalize performance over time.

When creating a session, you can choose between:

• Fixed Timing: A set number of minutes for the entire quiz.
• Per Question Timing: A set time limit for each individual question.

A lobby is created when a session is made "open." There are two types:

• Public Lobby: Anyone can join using a 6-digit code.
• Private Lobby: Only authenticated users can join using a 6-digit code.

They can either enter the 6-digit code directly on the home page or follow a shared link. Unauthenticated users will be prompted to enter a name, while authenticated users will automatically have their profile name used.

The admin dashboard displays real-time updates of lobby participants, tracking their progress as they answer questions. This helps you ensure that everyone has joined and is moving through the quiz.

Once a lobby is closed, the review screen displays live statistics such as best score, average time, and detailed insights per question. This feature also supports screen sharing, with keyboard navigation for easy presenter control.

Yes, the app highlights the fastest participant, which can be useful for engagement and performance analysis.

QuizTogether lets you create:

• User Groups: For sending notifications, sharing study materials, and pre/post quiz questionnaires.
• Admin Groups: To share quizzes among quiz creators across different organizations.

Groups can be set as public or private, with private groups requiring admin approval for joining. The system also provides tracking for pending or rejected membership requests.
